I have a Jet contractor table saw blade and is out of alignment with the fence. How can I adjust?

I was the inclination of the blade of my 708,302 Model Jet contractor table saw such as the wheel was difficult to turn and then opened. Now, the blade is about 1 / 4 "more near the fence on the opposite side of the rear. It has been so finely tuned, I will not just start turning the screws. Anybody know how to adjust properly?
