How do you strip paint from concrete?
How can I get "waterproofing" paint concrete? Party it is off, but most of it is really there. I tried paint remover and use a grinder with a wire brush, but did little. I got some of them with a hammer and chisel. I'm thinking of trying or a pressure washer or perhaps a "diamond wheel" in my mill. I'm going in the right direction or is its another thing to lose him?
It is likely and most likely an epoxy paint. The easiest way to more efficiently with a sand blaster.
