I am a student and a project that needs lasercut my work. My university does not have lasercutter and the one most companies find online only specifies the different types of metal cutting the need for using corrugated card and wondered if it can be easily cut on a laser cutter? I need laser cut because they need to be cut from a saw blade without passing through a border.
You may have to deal with labeling or printing companies rather than manufacturing companies. (I am assuming that is what I have been looking, as it refers metal cutting) A signaling or the printing company can not use a laser cutter, but have a similar type of profile cutter to cut out a cardboard shape leaving intact the two sections. The fact that you are using corrugated card may make it impossible to make because the air gap. Even the cut by hand with a pruning knife would extremely difficult.
