How do I get out this REALLY stuck hex bolt?
I have a hex bolt jammed in the bottom of my Yamaha Virago's lower fork tube. The head of the bolt is countersunk into the end of the tube, so I can't get a vice grip around it to twist.
I have tried damn near everything to get it out: I soaked the part in WD 40 for two nights straight. I tapped on the head with a drift to try and loosen the threads. I tried an impact driver, it unscrewed a quarter turn then stopped, and ended up gouging up the head, distorting it and possibly expanding it further into the part. As a last resort I tried torching the thing and it did nothing.
I really don't want to drill it out. And I'd rather not pay the shop to do it. Any suggestions?

You need to get something like screw out

They also have bolt out if there's any head left to be grabbed.

What I've done is to drill a small pilot hole and use the screw out. By the way, torching only helps with nuts (fits on the outside). It helps by expending the nut (away from the bolt). If you try to torch a bolt or screw, it only expends it and make it tighter against the hole.
