Will craftsman C3 batteries work with C2 tools?
I have a C2 craftsman tools set, drill, saw and light, and received a C3 drill for Christmas after asking for only a spare battery, and was wondering if the C3 batteries and chargers are backwards compatible with the C2 tools and vice versa.
The voltage is the same. You won't do any harm trying it. The worst that will happen is your tools will run backwards.
