What do you think about China's power tools?
I just purchased a 24-volt cordless drill for $ 83 and it seems a great job. But I would like to know why a drill with the same characteristics as other brands such as Milwaukee or Dewalt are much more expensive.
I drill Chinese bank. The biggest problem was the packaging. A plastic piece broke during transport. It took me back and I another. Some parts are made of a lighter metal and parts are as robust as anything made anywhere else. I do not use every day is great and it has worked so far. But to answer your question. Most of the reason is labor costs. The workers are paid almost nothing. This reminds me of Japanese products in the 60s. It's the same ... Everyone said they were rubbish and were to some extent. But look now. I think I will go to purchase shares of a Chinese company. You may get lucky and choose the next Nissan or Toyota.
