Unless otherwise stated, buyer pays a fixed rate for shipping and handling to anywhere in the continental US. Insurance is included at no extra charge. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is extra and will be determined after auction ends, or you may email us for a shipping quote. We only ship within the 50 states. We no longer ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or any other US territories.
All items will be shipped by UPS. We ship all items within two business days of receiving payment. If paying by PayPal, a UPS tracking number will be attached to your PayPal account. Log in to your account to track the package. A signature is required on all orders over $100. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APOs. Shipping and Handling fees are non refundable.

We get hundreds of items in every week therefore we do not take multiple pictures of similar items. Like many eBay sellers, we use stock photos. Please read our description carefully to find out exactly what is included in each auction. If its not listed in our description, it probably is not included.

To save on shipping charges, all our items are available for pickup. We are available for pickups from 1pm to 6pm Monday to Friday. Under special circumstances we can be available for pickup on Saturday morning. However, we do encourage weekday pickups. For pickups we can only accept cash - no PayPal. Please call or email us to setup an appointment before you arrive. We do not charge any kind of handling fee for pickups.

Payment must be received within seven days after the auction ends.

Our system automatically leaves positive feedback for anyone that leaves us positive feedback. Winning bidders who do not complete the transaction will be reported to eBay. If you feel you will not be able to complete this transaction for any reason, please don't bid.
We only accept returns and items that are misrepresented. It is your job to make sure the item you are purchasing will suite your needs. If the item is misrepresented, you must contact us immediately after receiving it. All returns must arrive at our warehouse within seven business days. After seven days, items are no longer eligible for return. Some items may still carry a manufacturer warranty or extended warranties can also be purchased.
