This chain sharpener is UNUSED. Item doesn't appear to have been used but it is missing the grinding discs. We tested the item and the motor will turn on and the shaft spun.

1.0 Payment Information
1.1 All bidders must use our secure checkout system regardless of which approved payment type is to be used. This includes local pick up merchandise. We accept PayPal, major credit cards on site/by phone, or you can email us for alternatives.
1.2 Our checkout system allows the winning bidder the option of paying immediately or later. Winning bidders must pay within 5 business days of the end of the auction.
1.3 Check-Out Now – Click the “Pay Now” button at the top of the listing to immediately proceed with our checkout and payment process. Please note that the “Pay Now” button is only available after winning an auction. You may also click the following button to checkout:
1.4 Check-Out Later – If you do not choose Checkout-now, you will be notified by eBay via email that you are the winning bidder. If paying by Paypal, there is no need to contact us regarding payment. We will automatically send you an email within three hours of an auction closing. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.
1.5 For shipments to Kansas addresses and local pick-up, we are required by State law to collect 8.3% sales tax. Customers with sales tax exemption must have a current copy of the exemption on file with us before we can waive the sales tax.
1.6 Failure to pay within the allotted time will result in the forfeit of the item. A non-paying bidder alert will be issued per eBay policy. Unpaid items will be relisted, please do not bid if you are unable to pay for the item.
2.0 Shipping Information
2.1 Merchandise generally ships within 1-3 business days of cleared payment.
2.2 Merchandise will ship typically via Fed Ex Ground, United States Postal Service, or truck freight through our account only.
2.3 Major Discount only ships to the contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
2.4 Major Discount does not ship internationally, including Canada.
2.5 Major Discount does not ship to APO/FPO or PO boxes. Please provide a street address.
2.6 Tracking numbers will be sent via email as the merchandise is shipped. Please be patient.
2.7 Truck shipments will be arranged by Major*Discount. Truck freight must be shipped to a business/commercial address with a dock or forklift. If no such location is available, we will ship to the nearest freight terminal where the item will be held for Will-Call and picked up by the customer. Residential delivery and lift-gate service are available, but these additional services do have additional costs.
2.8 Please note that some auctions are available for local pick up only.
3.0 Local Pick Up
3.1 Purchased items are available to be picked up Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 4pm CST. Our warehouse is located at 1202 Cardinal Drive, Eudora, Kansas 66025.
3.2 Please email us at majordiscount@gmail.com to confirm pick up time and to expedite the process. Include your name, phone number, user ID, auction number, and pick up time you anticipate.
3.3 A $5.00 handling fee will added to each individual auction item on local pickups.
4.0 Returns
4.1 The auction merchandise is tested to the best of our ability. Some merchandise cannot be tested due to proper electrical, water, hydraulic, and similar hook-ups. Testing is limited to powering on and checking for basic functionality; merchandise is not tested under load. Please thoroughly read auction contents prior to bidding.
4.2 All merchandise is sold AS IS; all sales are final, no return will be offered. There are no exceptions.
4.3 If you have any questions, please ask before bidding. Sales will not be cancelled for buyer's remorse.
5.0 Communication
