Up for auction is a real nice DeWALT 18V Cordless Swivel Head Shear TOOL DC490 With Black DeWalt Case. Tested and is working fine. It comes with two batteries. One of the batteries looks new. The DEWALT DC490KA cordless shear is designed to slice through cold-rolled steel ranging from 28- to 18-gauge with uncompromising speed and accuracy. It was specifically engineered for metalworkers, HVAC contractors and construction professionals who earn a living fabricating materials. The tool is powered by an 18-volt XRP NiCad battery that drives the hardened-steel blades at a metal-shearing 2,300 strokes per minute (spm). As it slices through metal, it removes a 7/32 inch-wide ribbon of waste material that curls up and out of the way of the cut line. The DC490KA is equipped with a 360-degree swiveling head that permits you to comfortably cut where at any angle or awkward position, in extremely tight quarters, and delivers a cutting radius as tight as 5-1/2 inches.

Return Policy

We will accept returns on item(s) as long as the item(s) is returned in the original condition of which we sent the item(s) to you, and it is being returned with an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). We will not accept any packages returned to us without the RMA#.We must be notified within 7 days of receiving shipment that you would like to return the item(s). Once we have received the item(s) back and have deemed the item(s) to be in the original condition as we sent the item(s), we will then process your refund. Refunds will be given as money back via the original payment method.

We ask that you notify us via email within (7) seven days of receiving defective/damaged item(s). Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns (Unless item(s) have been deemed defective and/or damaged). A return shipping label (Seller provided) can be sent via email if deemed defective.

If your item(s) arrive damaged from shipping, we will file a damage/loss claim on your behalf with FedEx Ground to get a refund on the final value of the item(s) you have won. Please hold onto the item(s) and original packaging in its entirety while the claim is being processed. FedEx may need to inspect the original package and its contents for reimbursement! This is very important if you wish to receive compensation for damaged item(s) from FedEx!
