Payment :
We only accept PayPal. If for some reason PayPal puts a hold on your payment, we will not ship your item until payment has been cleared. Once payment has been cleared please send us an email to confirm your item has been shipped and we will provide you with a tracking number (only applys to buyers that payment has been held by PayPal for any reason). Payments held by PayPal for a long period of time may cause an item to be over looked in our warehouse once payment has cleared and we want to make sure our customers get their items processed and shipped out as quick as possible.
Shipping:
All packages will be shipped out USPS. Allow up to one-two business days for processing after auction has ended for items to be shipped. We will provide customers with tracking numbers upon request. Fees include shipping and handling. All items will be packaged and handled with care. We offer International Shipping/International rates listed are estimated and could fluctuate in price (additional fees may occur with international shipping).
Refunds:
Customers will have 48 hours from the time item has been delivered to the buyer to request a full refund. After 48 hours refunds will not be accepted. Buyers will receive a full refund on the "purchase price" only, that does not include shipping fees. The "purchase price" is the money spent to win the item on the auction panel (which once again does not include shipping fees). Buyer will be responsible for the fees that occur shipping the item back to our warehouse and will not be refunded for those shipping fees either. The item must be in the same condition it was in when it left our warehouse to receive a full refund. We will not be responsible for any damages that occur during shipping, all items will be shipped with insurance and a claim will need to be filed with the shipping company. Duplicatable item such as: DVD, CD, etc. are non-refundable, being they can be duplicated.
